You send in two videos of a lift, 1 front/back, 1 side, then Floyd will critique your technique and try to diagnose any problems you may have and offer solutions that may help. Please send both videos to along with any questions/concerns you may have to floyd@shackstrength.com
This is for a form check on 1 lift, if you would like more than one lift checked then buy the appropriate number of form checks.
