5X5 Program
This program is for beginners, if you’ve done the starter program or are in your first 0-2 years of serious lifting, then this program is for you.
The program is 12 weeks long with deload and testing included. Sessions normally last 60-75min, 4 times per week. Most commercial gyms will have all the equipment necessary; Strongman equipment is not necessary but preferred.
The goal of this program is to build strength, gain muscle and possibly lose fat. By the end of this program, you will most likely be an intermediate lifter and should move to an appropriate intermediate program based on your goals.

Base Builder Program
This program is for beginners, if you’ve never been to a gym or you’re coming back to the gym after a long time off, then this program is for you.
This Program normally lasts 12-16 weeks depending on how long you can progressively add weight. Sessions normally take 45-60 min, 3 times per week. Most commercial gyms will have all the equipment necessary; Strongman equipment is not necessary but preferred.
The goal of this program is to build strength, gain muscle and lose fat. Taking advantage of what we call newbie gains. By the end of the program, you’ll have a good base to build off of.
