BASE BUILDER Program
This program is for beginners, if you’ve never been to a gym or you’re coming back to the gym after a long time off then this program is for you.
5×5 Program
This program is for beginners, if you’ve done the starter program or are in your first 0-2 years of serious lifting then this program is for you.
pHONE cONSULTATION
Calls are one hour long, a one on one conversation with Floyd. Calls can be any topic that you would like, such as lifting, Strongman, Army, MMA, etc…
form checks
Get past plateaus, reduce injury risk and help diagnose and resolve issues with body/form.
personalized lifting
Programs are typically 12 weeks long and can cover a wide range of individuals and goals.
personalized nutrition
Programs are 4 weeks long and can cover a wide range of individuals and goals.
personalized coaching
A 4-week personalized lifting Program, Nutrition Program, 1 hour phone consultation, weekly check-up and form check.
In Person Training
1 hour with Floyd at Iron Forge Gym, Newton Falls OH. Price will vary depending on, number of people and frequency.
